The growing of mushroom require a wet, low temperature situation. So the greenhouse for it must be black out and of high humidity.
1. Hot galvanized steel frame/skeleton
For the large sized poly tunnels greenhouse, the skeleton is necessary for a high snow/wind loading capacity. The skeleton can be made of U-steel, Oval pipe or circular pipe. If you want a small size of the poly tunnels greenhouse only, the arch supporting of steel bar can be adopted.
Normal the circular pipe is φ32x1.5mm, φ32x2.0mm, φ25x1.5mm, etc
Long service life because of the resistance to corrosion of the humectate condition. The frame can be made of U-steel, C-stell, Circular pipe and Oval pipes.
Large operation space becuase of the structure without inner columns. The beams of the frame is made by the technology of forming in one time.
And the beams made of hot galvanizing steel pipe, U-steel or oval pipe can be designed as double arches beams for the double film to preserve heat in the cold winter.
The hot galvanizing frame is strong enough to support the other necessary devices to be assembled in the greenhouse, the air condition for example.
2. Covering material : black-white film
Black sun shading net is made of 100% raw HDPE material and add UV stabilizer. It is tough, extremely durable, tear resistant and light weight, knitted fabric. And it provides complete protection for plants growth, keeps the vegetable in the shading, and cools the temperature. If the greenhouse covered black-white film, there is no sun shading net. If the greenhouse covered clear film, it must be with shading net.
4.Ventilation system
Side and roof ventilation. Manual or electrial film rolling machine will control the film and shading net.
5. Cooling system
If the local temperature is hot, you could add cooling pad and cooling fan.
